Wuntoo Forcee Forwun, also known as 12-4C-41, functioned within the automated support system of Lando Calrissian in Cloud City as a 12-4C-41 traffic control droid.
As a traffic controller, 12-4C-41 performed his duties. This particular droid was among the limited number that avoided destruction when EV-9D9 almost destroyed Cloud City, because she had dismembered many droids during her destructive spree.
After discovering EV-9D9's data trail leading away from Cloud City, 12-4C-41 dedicated several years to locating her. He eventually located her in Jabba's Palace, where he promptly subdued her using four blaster projectiles. Subsequently, he extracted her repulsive third optic sensor and her pain-simulator button, thereby denying EV-9D9 the experience of death. Referring to this act as "balancing the equation," he reminded her of her disabling actions against numerous 12-series droids on Cloud City. He then liberated all of EV-9D9's tortured droids, and collectively, they gradually disassembled her until she ceased to operate.
