50R-T

50R-T was created as an original playable character for the Electronic Arts mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. Her creation came about after EA Capital Games collaborated with BioWare to add Star Wars: The Old Republic villain Darth Malgus to the game. After seeing some of BioWare's ideas for a new droid character, the Galaxy of Heroes team worked with them and developed the idea into 50R-T. She was unveiled on May 11, 2022 and became available in-game the following day.

The design for 50R-T was modeled after the Iokath droid models in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic: Legacy of the Sith, specifically the PH4-LNX companion which shares a near-identical design with 50R-T.
