6G2 DeepSpace explorer droid

The 6G2 DeepSpace explorer droid, manufactured by Arakyd Industries, stood at 1.3 meters tall. These droids were deployed on scout vessels to explore and study newly discovered planets. Each unit included a repulsor unit that allowed it to fly up to three meters, a strong, retractable grasping arm, a holographic/audio recorder, a sensor with long-range capabilities, and an atmospheric sensor capable of classifying a planet's atmosphere in just thirty minutes. The initial cost of a 6G2 unit was 6,700 credits.
