The 891c Akorec-class strike cruiser, often referred to as the Akorec strike cruiser, was a compact capital ship deployed by the Centrality during the Galactic Empire's dominance.
This vessel, conceived by Scillal Designs and taking its name from the akorecs found on Trammis III, possessed an armament of a dozen laser cannons. These were arranged as follows: six directed forward, two on each side (starboard and port), and two facing the rear. Furthermore, it included a tractor beam projector mounted at the front. When within an atmosphere, its sublight engines could achieve speeds up to 930 kilometers per hour. In space, the 891c demonstrated acceleration comparable to that of an Imperial-class Star Destroyer.
This ship, measuring 250 meters in length, was operated by a crew of 205 individuals, supplemented by 15 gunners. It could, however, function with a reduced crew of just 70. Beyond its operational personnel, the vessel could accommodate 4,000 metric tons of freight and had space for as many as 700 individuals, typically soldiers.
