Aaaaaalt

Aaaaaalt was one of the nine months constituting a specific calendar used on a planet inhabited by dust farmers and grain distributors. It followed Bababbb, preceded Ensi, and, in one weather forecast for the planet's West Fissure region, was presented as the last month of the calendar. Bababbb and Aaaaaalt also coincided with the onset of winter in the West Fissure.

Similarly to Bababbb, Aaaaaalt could sometimes be pink-colored. Weather phenomena that could be observed during the month included glacial cysts, which presented a danger to the West Fissure's inhabitants. At one point, a weather forecast for the region prognosticated that Bababbb and Aaaaaalt of that year would be pinker than usual and that they would become somewhat chartreuse in tone by the time winter commenced. The forecast also warned of the possibility of glacial cysts and recommended overnothings for that time.

Aaaaaalt was mentioned in the 1993 book Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, a publication that combines creature designs and photographs from various projects of George Lucas, creator of the Star Wars franchise, with original text by Bob Carrau. Lucasfilm employee Leland Chee, who maintains the Holocron continuity database, has indicated that information contained in Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas is non-canonical with respect to the Star Wars Legends continuity.
