An individual was the friend of rebel captain Amilyn Holdo and owned a mansion on the Core Worlds planet Spira. Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY, Holdo borrowed the mansion from her friend for a few days so she could attend an auction to acquire a strikeship that had belonged to the Nihil marauder organization as part of a plan to help solve the Rebel Alliance's fuel supply issues. Holdo also brought fellow rebels Leia Organa, Luke Skywalker, Lando Calrissian, Lobot, and Chewbacca with her, stating that they needed a break from the Galactic Civil War against the Galactic Empire.
After the rebels lost the auction, they stole the ship's Path engine device and returned to the mansion but were tracked by a squadron of TIE fighters. As the rebels fled, the TIEs destroyed the mansion, prompting Holdo to exclaim her friend was going to "kill her" for the destruction of the mansion.
