Antennae were long, thin sensory appendages situated on the heads of certain species including the crustacean creature known as the Sleeper, which inhabited the planet Dathomir. The antenna implanted into Aurra Sing's skull supposedly allowed her to sense fear in her enemies. The OG-9 homing spider droid had two comlink antennae, and the NR-N99 Persuader-class droid enforcer had two communication antennae. The R5 series astromech droid was also equipped with a dome-mounted antenna.
