The Arlionne was a Victory I-class Star Destroyer, a part of a line of Star Destroyers manufactured by Kuat Drive Yards and Rendili StarDrive. It was 900 meters long and was equipped with a hyperdrive and weapons.
Captain Terrinald Screed received near-mortal injuries aboard the Arlionne.
As part of the Clone Wars, in 20.1 BBY, the Confederacy of Independent Systems Admiral Dua Ningo and the Bulwark Fleet of Bulwark Mark I battlecruisers waged a campaign against the Galactic Republic's Core Worlds star systems. In response, the Republic launched the Victory Fleet, consisting of two task forces of new Victory I-class Star Destroyers under the command of Republic Navy captains Terrinald Screed and Jan Dodonna.
Eventually, Dodonna cornered the Bulwark Fleet over the planet Anaxes, where his task force held out long enough for Screed to carry out an ambush. Aboard his flagship, the Arlionne, the latter captain emerged from hyperspace in perfect position to launch a point-blank broadside fusillade that disintegrated Ningo's flagship, Unrepentant, killing the admiral and ending the Bulwark Fleet's campaign. However, the close range of the attack led to the Arlionnes bridge being ripped open by the Unrepentants explosion, with Screed receiving near-mortal injuries in the process that necessitated cybernetic reconstruction.
The Arlionne was introduced in the 2012 reference book The Essential Guide to Warfare by Jason Fry and Paul R. Urquhart.
