Bactriasan scarab

The Bactriasan scarab was a species of beetle native to the Bactriasa system located within the Inner Rim. These beetles were known for their production of cementing fluids. The Hobbycraft Microweight conveyance, manufactured by the Illiseni Aerodyne corporation, utilized a sealer derived from the cementing fluids of the Bactriasan scarab. This sealer was applied as a coating to the microweight's polymer wings, significantly enhancing their durability beyond what their fragile appearance suggested. An advertisement highlighting the beetle's contribution to the Microweight's production was featured in the fiftieth-anniversary edition of Galladinium's Galactic Datalog of Fantastic Technology sometime between 0 ABY and 3 ABY.
