Bammy Decree was an individual on Nar Shaddaa who could provide passage off the moon without going through customs if one paid up front. The con artist Loonoo, who had come into possession of the famous pirate Maz Kanata's Smuggler's Guide, intended to sell the book to gaint enough money to pay Decree's price. However, he was mugged outside of Bammy's Spacebarn by the criminal Skrrll, who stole the Smuggler's Guide before Loonoo could follow through on his plan, which he had recorded in the book itself.
