Bantha patties were a foodstuff made from banthas, a species of large furry mammals. Found on the moon of the planet Neral in the Corellian sector, the patties could be fed to the klinnet, a species of aquatic animal that inhabited the moon's canals.
At some point between 19 BBY and 10 BBY, when Princess Rinetta Gan of the planet Hynestia visited Neral's moon, a food peddler offered her a bantha patty. Although the food peddler told her they were good and could be given to the klinnet, Gan declined the offer.
