Delvardus tried to expand his territory and was able to claim the Rimma Trade Route from Eriadu to Yag'Dhul. The New Republic, however, chose to stop Delvardus' ambitions for the Core World and sent a fleet from the Moorja system, liberated the previous year. The New Republic was victorious and Delvardus was forced to abandon the Rimma Trade Route and retreat in the Outer Rim.
