Bi-wing snubfighters were primitive starfighters that were developed during the Pius Dea Crusades. They were used by both the Pius Dea Republic Navy and its opponents over a millennia of internecine warfare and crusades.
They were used for atmospheric aerial combat and to provide air support for ground forces during the fighting that consumed Rimward worlds during the Crusades. The Pius Dea justified their anti-alien crusades as divine missions to subdue chaos and to obtain treasure and secrets.
