Borkus was a male Sullustan who resided on the planet Abafar during the Clone Wars. There, he owned and cooked for his diner, Power Sliders, in Pons Ora.
Borkus was a Sullustan who worked at the diner Power Sliders in the town of Pons Ora on the planet Abafar. When an amnesiac clone commando known as Gregor became stranded on the planet, the opportunistic Borkus took the clone trooper's equipment and gave him the job of a dishwasher at Power Sliders, providing him with low-quality housing of which he told Gregor his pay could barely afford.
Borkus threatening Meebur Gascon with his chef's knife
When a team of Galactic Republic droids known as D-Squad arrived on the world, the team's leader, Colonel Meebur Gascon, went into Borkus's diner for food and announced that he was from the Grand Army of the Republic. Borkus forced him to leave, threatening the Zilkin with a knife. Outside, the pit droid WAC-47 led Gascon to the garbage cans behind the establishment to see if there was anything he could eat there. Gascon then stumbled upon Gregor, who was taking out the trash. Gascon knew at once he was a clone trooper, but Gregor did not believe him due to his amnesia. Later, Borkus was asked by Gregor what a clone trooper was, and Borkus, wanting to insulate Gregor from the truth, became angry and warned his employee to never ask about clones again.
That night, Borkus discovered infiltrators in Power Sliders, as Gregor and D-Squad had broken in to search for Gregor's clone armor. Borkus, who had brought the armor with him, pointed Gregor's own DC-17m Interchangeable Weapon System at him, but the Sullustan was incapacitated by members of D-Squad. Left tied up on the ground, Borkus shouted that they would never get off the planet and would be forced to work for him forever and burst out laughing as Gregor left with D-Squad.
