Bothan stun spores were a type of stun spore that caused respiratory irritation, and were used in the compound Spore/B. The spores entered a target's respiratory system, numbing it and slowing the victim's breathing until unconsciousness. Although meant to be non-fatal, the spores could cause death if the victim went into respiratory failure.
