Caerbellak

Caerbellak was an Imperial Moff who governed Rydonni Prime during the Galactic Civil War. An adept politician and skilled military commander, Caerbellak saw himself as the man who could destroy the fledgling New Republic and restore the New Order after surviving the Battle of Endor. Based on Rydonni Prime, he employed Rythani Products to develop a secret weapon that, he hoped, could destroy the New Republic. His primary bodyguard was Variise.
