Chemeti was a pair of Assassin-class corvettes belonging to the Galactic Empire. They were called to retrieve pirate prisoners and the TIE Defender scientist which were on the Immobilizer 418 cruiser Red Claw. The first one was to pick up the pirates and the scientist while the second was going to deliver a hyperdrive engine to replace Red Claws damaged one. Unfortunately, the first corvette was actually Zaarin's as part of a deception to retrieve the prisoners for Zaarin himself while the operation was attacked by TIE Defenders to divert attention.
The real corvettes arrived and delivered the hyperdrive to the Red Claw despite being attacked by Strike-class medium cruiser Kopsh.
