Visitors to the Ugors' junk-filled Paradise system were granted an audience with the Chief Tax Chaplain to pay the necessary entrance and license fees (viewed as a donation by the Ugors). Sometime between the Battle of Yavin and the Battle of Hoth, the Ugors' Chief Tax Chaplain was ArrGack.
