The Separatist headquarters on the Outer Rim world of Christophsis was the base of operations for the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Battle of Christophsis, one of the early engagements with the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. During the battle, a lightsaber duel took place when Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker encountered the dark side assassin Asajj Ventress while investigating the base.
