Civic crest

The civic crest was a type of decoration worn by Mon Calamari who had served in Mon Cala's planetary defense services to commemorate their past role. During his service as Admiral of the Rebel Alliance Navy, Raddus had the civic crest pinned in his fleet flagship service uniform as a tribute to his past in Mon Cala.
