Core Worlds Classical Culture, simply known as Core Worlds Culture, was a course for cadets at the Galactic Empire's Royal Imperial Academy on Coruscant. One of the subjects discussed in the course was Chalice and Altar, the best-known work of the opera composer Igern. During their time at the Royal Academy, both Ciena Ree and Thane Kyrell attended that course. At one point, Ciena resolved to listen to the Chalice and Altar opera every night to prepare for the upcoming exam for the class.
