Circa 21 BBY, the Kubaz Forg F'lopo recorded footage of the Dark Jedi Raik Muun attacking the patrons of a cantina on the planet Cularin, and he planned to sell the recording to Cularin Now. However, the footage was confiscated by the Office of Peace and Security, a local law enforcement agency.
