Dashé Borreno was a female from the Mid Rim planet Naboo, born around 31 BBY. A noted political prodigy, Borreno was a member of the Legislative Youth Program during the Separatist Crisis.
In 22 BBY, Borreno and her fellow trainees traveled to Chandrila's capital, Hanna City, for a mock vote on the Military Creation Act. She opposed the vote, but her side lost by 52 to 48 percent. Borreno lamented the state of political thinking among her peers, as well as the fact that the Alderaanian Youth Program member, Trevor Insevade, was absent from the vote due to becoming ill from nerf-pox.
