The father of Diblen Harleys was a Human male who lived on the galactic capital of Coruscant during the early years of the Galactic Empire. He served as an Imperial bureaucrat. Following the death of his wife, he revealed the true nature of the Empire to his son, telling him it was better to remain quiet than die as a dissenter.
