Docking Bay 99 was located in Mos Eisley on the planet Tatooine. Located a block north of Docking Bay 94 near Tan-Tek's Roast-Basted Bantha Ribs, Docking Bay 99 was owned by the Tatooine Teamsters Union. "Old 99," as it was locally known, was built at the same time as Docking Bay 94.
