Doogal Belstar was the leader of the Maulers, and a wanted criminal who operated on Naboo during the Galactic Civil War. In 1 ABY, he was killed during a Royal Security Police Force operation led by Captain Typho.

Doogal Belstar appeared as a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. Doogal Belstar was added to the game as part of the "Legacy Quest" with the release of the "Publish 25," a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
After each server reset, Doogal appeared under one of three potential spawn templates, including a Human male Mauler acolyte, a female Aqualish Mauler apprentice, or a Human male Mauler initiate. Since the quest dialogue identified Doogal as a male, this article assumes that one of the two Human depictions is canon in the Legends continuity.
