Clone Commander "Doom" led a unit of clone troopers alongside Jedi Generals Tiplar and Tiplee. They utilized M3 Bulwark Blast Shields of their own variation. Troopers of this unit were also armed with Z-6 rotary blaster cannons and Electro Magnetic Pulse grenades.

In 19 BBY, the Republic battled the Separatists on the space station ring around the planet Ringo Vinda. Led by Jedi Generals Tiplar, Tiplee and Clone Commander Doom, the unit advanced and fought alongside the 501st Legion. During the battle, the unit became severely depleted. Attempting to break the deadlock, the Republic made a desperate push toward the Separatists and managed to reach the communications center.
There, they discussed a battle plan to seize the Separatist command center. ARC trooper CT-5555 "Fives" and CT-5385 "Tup" were ordered to rally ten of their men to reinforce Doom's unit as they advanced. But as Republic troops reached the command center, Tup fell into a trance and, before anyone could react, shot Tiplar dead.
Upon Tiplar's death, the clone troopers lost their momentum and droid reinforcements arrived. Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker ordered a retreat as Tup was apprehended and escorted away.
