Dorbus Kyrullus was a male individual who was dating the Human Devidia Vennsiol by the time she finished military school. Together with his lover, Kyrullus broke into a laboratory operated by Safidine Industries, a weapons contractor for the Galactic Empire. They stole a large number of prototype blaster pistols from the facility and escaped, but shortly afterwards Kyrullus was captured with the majority of the stolen arms. Vennsiol remained on the run alone and Safidine soon placed a bounty on her head.
Dorbus Kyrullus was created as part of the "Bounties to Die For" article in the sixth issue of Wizards of the Coast's Star Wars Gamer magazine series. The magazines were supplements for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game and Kyrullus was included in an entry for Devidia Vennsiol which was written by S. Mitch Ritchie.
