The Emperor's Fist was a title or moniker held by Emperor Palpatine's apprentice, Darth Vader, a Dark Lord of the Sith and the informal Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial Military. It was known well enough to his peers and subordinates within the Galactic Empire, as well as to criminals. During the attack on Namzor by Imperial forces headed by Governor Ahr, Lord Vader ignored his demands and pushed on to eliminate the Namzor insurgents, which also resulted in the destruction of a coaxium storage. The infuriated Moff's subordinate informed him that it was the Emperor's Fist who was responsible for bombing the area. The Medal of the Emperor's Fist was a rare award given to some Imperial pilots.
