Epiphany was the outermost of three planets that orbited a red dwarf star in the Salient system, which was part of the Outer Rim's Corporate Sector. Its moon was the location of the headquarters of Zerpen Industries. The Second Battle of Epiphany took place during the reign of the Galactic Empire and the early years of TIE pilot Soran Keize's service in the Imperial Starfighter Corps. Having been involved in the battle, Keize reflected on it as one of the events which taught him his responsibility to protect those close to him in order to protect the lives of even more.
