The First Naval Fleet functioned as a naval division within the Imperial Navy.
History
At one juncture, Nova Stihl was a member of this fleet and took part in a combat competition that the fleet organized. His expertise in Teräs Käsi enabled him to secure the title of Unarmed Middleweight Champion for a pair of years, in addition to achieving second place in another pair of years.
Reportedly, the First Fleet possessed a sizable flagship.
