The Gathering Circle was the sector on Kegan where meetings were held. It was located in the center of Kegan's city, with all the other circles of the city forming a ring around it. The Central Dwelling was located within the Gathering Circle, next to an open-air coliseum where the people of Kegan met to discuss problems.
