A delegation to the Imperial Remnants' Shadow Council operated under Captain Gilad Pellaeon. In theory, the delegation was under the authority of Grand Admiral Mitth'raw'nuruodo "Thrawn," but he never personally arrived to Shadow Council meetings. In addition, the delegation, according to another member of the Shadow Council, Gideon, had at its command a large number of resources that it amassed for private use rather than shared with the others on the Shadow Council, although Pellaeon ultimately agreed to augment Gideon's TIE/IN interceptor squadron with reinforcements from his own.
