In 40 ABY, the Traders' Coalition posted a 500,000 credit bounty on his head for overstepping his mark with them and stealing 400,000 credits. The bounty was pursued by none other than Boba Fett himself, who was now in his seventies.
When Fett caught up with him in the Atzerri system, H'buk offered to pay Fett double the bounty. When Boba had securely grappled the Headhunter to Slave I, H'buk made all sorts of offers; millions of credits, stock holdings in Kuat Drive Yards, and even his daughter which only managed to anger Fett.
After arriving on Atzerri, Fett delivered him to the Coalition members who had posted the bounty. H'buk spent most of the rest of his life in prison.
