Hub 3 was one of the districts that made up Kaas City, the capital of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the Cold War. It notably hosted the office of the Ministry of Logistics.
Hub 3 and the other districts of Kaas City were mentioned in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a MMORPG released by BioWare in 2011, in the form of inscriptions on a map kiosk.
