The fear and distrust led to the xenophobic Captain Jemuro to imprison all Skytrooper battle droids stationed aboard his capital ship, claiming that they were plotting a mutiny. His claims were disapproved when two days later, his ship was damaged navigating the Kauron asteroid field. The imprisoned skytroopers escaped from the cargo hold and repaired the ship, saving him and his crew. The event led to most of the Eternal Alliance accepting the Zakuulan forces, which frustrated the then-disgraced Jemuro.
