Hypermatter reactor
A hypermatter annihilator, alternatively known as a hypermatter reactor, functioned as a reactor core designed to generate substantial power through the annihilation of hypermatter.
History
For interstellar travel via hyperspace, the majority of spacecraft were outfitted with varied iterations of hypermatter annihilator reactors. A good example of the starfighters employing hypermatter reactors is the Porax-38 starfighter, a long-range model. In the Death Stars, the reactor's energy source consisted of numerous stellar fuel bottles arranged around its perimeter.
