Ilsa Shuverin was an individual who lived during the Galactic Civil War. After the Battle of Yavin, Shuverin was present on the planet Naboo. In 1 ABY, a spacer working for Palo, a Naboo artist, defended Ilsa Shuverin who was attacked by a flewt near the city of Moenia.

Ilsa Shuverin was a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011. Because Ilsa Shuverin spawned under the generic "commoner" template, their species, gender and appearance were randomized under one of a 120 possible depictions during each server reset.
Ilsa Shuverin was involved in the first quest given by Palo on Naboo. However, these quests were bugged and lacked any text dialogue strings, rendering it impossible to have derived much context from them. Palo and related characters such as Ilsa Shuverin were eventually removed from the game by its developers relatively early in the game's lifespan.
