The ImpDoc Export Unrestricted list was a list of creatures that were not subject to restrictions on their exportation. Towards the end of the shortage of rawmats, miners working at the many new mines opened to meet the demand the shortage created sought pets on this list, among other items, to ease the isolation of their new posts.
