The Imperial Academy of Uyter was a training facility for Imperial officers and stormtroopers. Prior to the Battle of Yavin, Seyn Marana graduated a year early as top of her class whilst at Uyter. Valent of the Imperial Navy and Kenner Loring of the Imperial Army, who was later promoted to the rank of Grand General by Emperor Sheev Palpatine also studied at the academy. Shortly after the Battle of Endor, a group of potential recruits were turned away from the academy by New Republic soldiers after they had closed the academy forcefully.
