Located in the complex's upper levels was Decimus's Rise, which served as the Sith Lord's offices. The former offices of Corellia's Trade Tariff Service, Decimus—who masterminded the invasion and commanded Imperial forces on Corellia—established his command here in the government district of Coronet City on Moff Tarandon's recommendation. The chambers of Darth Decimus's Rise were thus re-appropriated into an Imperial fortress without delay.
