Imperial Edict 1968Z was a law created by the reconstituted Sith Empire. During the Cold War, the edict was issued by the Ministry of Logistics following a rakghoul plague outbreak on Tatooine. It authorized all Imperial personnel to terminate anyone who was infected by the rakghouls or were carriers for the disease.
