In 3 ABY, Juggernaut was stationed in the Kuat system. It was sent to rescue the Empire's Kuat Facility after it fell under attack by Rebel pilots, but arrived too late to do so. One of the Rebel attackers was Ace Azzameen who destroyed the facility and then had to pass near Juggernaut and reach the Hyperspace Navigation Buoy to the Rebel fleet.
The vessel was later part of Task Force Vengeance where it was tasked with retrieving the Interdictor cruiser Compellor together with the Star Destroyer Titan. The two warships subsequently launched an unsuccessful attack on the Airam X7 factory Gallofree.
