Kammris was a metallic ore that was found in polymetallic nodules in the seas of the Western Reaches planet of Wadi Raffa. The active hydrothermal vents Wadi Raffa's seas created deposits of kammris and other ores, including doonium, dolovite, and meleenium. The mining company Turlin/Benthic Extraction used to bring the ores to the surface for processing.

In the Star Wars Legends continuity, kammris was first mentioned in the 1993 novel The Last Command, written by Timothy Zahn.
