The Koqus liner was a type of starliner manufactured by the Koqus Design Syndic. This model was based on an older Republic Sienar design.
The Koqus liner was classed as a short-route liner despite the sleeper configuration of its main cabin. It could carry fifty-eight passengers.
Measuring forty-four meters long and twenty-eight meters across, the Koqus liner had a spade-shaped hull. It was readily capable of planetary landings at even the smallest spaceports.
The Koqus liner was equipped with a Class 1 hyperdrive, powered by two fusion generators. Its two Viper 40 ion engines, which would have been adequate for a ship with a keel mass half again greater, gave the starliner a formidable sublight speed.
The Star Morning was a Koqus liner owned by the Kell Plath Corporation, a company based on the planet Teyr and controlled by the Fallanassi religious order.
