LX-1 first appeared in the video game Star Wars: Hunters, which soft-launched on November 16, 2021, to select countries; however, the droid can only be heard as one of the announcers alongside Vega. Lexi was later pictured during update 0.18.0 as a sticker for players to emote with, which was released on September 13, 2023, before finally being fully revealed in the "Star Wars: Hunters Launch Date Reveal Trailer" posted on April 30, 2024.
