Lars Mikkelsen (born May 6, 1964) is a Danish actor who provided the voice of Grand Admiral Thrawn in Star Wars Rebels, and portrays the character in live-action in the Ahsoka television series. He is the older brother of Mads Mikkelsen, who portrayed Galen Walton Erso in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. He is also known for playing Viktor Petrov in the Netflix series House of Cards, Charles Augustus Magnussen in the third season of Sherlock; and the wizard Stregobor in Netflix's The Witcher, alongside Mimi Ndiweni.
