Lazerian VI was created by John Terra and introduced in Twin Stars of Kira, a 1993 supplement to West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Lazerian system, and therefore Lazerian VI, in grid square N-15.
