Loris Cona was a friend of Twi'lek Jedi Master Aayla Secura prior to her death during the Great Jedi Purge in 19 BBY. After Secura's death, her astromech droid—QT-KT—went to live with Cona on the Outer Rim planet Ryloth. According to QT-KT, he was an expert on droid culture.
