Low Town was part of the city Barons Hed on Sulon.
It was the part of town around Barons Knoll and comprised of the poorest residences, as well as most businesses, in contrast to the High Town, the richer residences built on the slopes of the hill. Citizens of Low Town were often seen with dirt and grease. The alleys that traversed shops, taverns and cantinas were stinking with and vomit; incense was used to cover the stink, creating a mix of odors.
The side street gave way to the Rimmer's Alley which led towards the hill.
